Classes combine weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning in constantly varied workouts that are fully scaled to your level. Whether you're picking up a barbell for the first time or chasing a competition PR, the workout adjusts to meet you where you are.
Head coach Mel holds CrossFit Level 1 & 2, CrossFit Kids, and Gymnastics certifications and competes at national and international level — including the National Masters and Pan Pacific Games. That experience shows up in every program she writes and every session she coaches.
